Many cases that appear in this world that we cannot understand. We can guest or make a deduction who will be success in the future, but sometime our deduction is wrong. In school teacher says you have a bigger chance to be success and also teacher sometime judge some student seems do not have a good prospect.
Meanwhile, after their student have graduated, many stupid student become a great man, so what is the problem.
It is true a person who have an gift and become smart have a bigger chance to be success but this is not all factor that make a success man. The main factor that really important and will decide your dream is an ability to solve the problem and of course luck. If you have this factor, I guaranteed you will be success on your dream.
Allright lets move to the ability to solve problem first. An aptitude of solving problem is really important for you in the real world. Some students do not have any idea about solving problem in high school or junior high school because they get anything from their parent but, they will face many problem after they have graduated from high school or after they become an adult and employee.
A smart guy who disable to solve a problem is useless. This is why a smart guy cannot reach their dream. They believe that by using cognitive skill only they can reach all of their dream. They do not a reality to reach it is not as easy as they think.
Then, when they try to reach they dream they cannot deal with a problem that appear. For instance, A smart student in a university have to deal with a killer lecture that make trouble with their thesis. They do not know what should they do, they have no idea how to fix this problem. At the other hand an ordinary student also face same problem with the smart one. But they know how to fix it. They want to ask to the lecture what should they do, how can they fix it. Or perhaps they can ask to the headmaster to switch the lecturer.
From the example above we can see how an ability of solving a problem is really important for us. Without this skill a smart guy will be arrogant an become anti social.
Lastly, is about luck. I think I do not have to explain you about this one because I believe that all of you have know about this. To get your luck praying is the most important. Because it help you to boost you luck. So when you hear your parent say hey kid just go to ask to the God they will help you. It is true because the God decides your luck. So good luck then.
