Design in your blogger is very easy. Even a lot of website that give you a free design template. So there are more that 10000 free template. You can choose what ever you want. Or even there are many application to design template blogger if you insist to design by yourself.

This is the best part I like from blogger. Blogger give as unlimited bandwidth. At the other hand if you buy a host that has a unlimited bandwidth sure it will be very expensive.
